Rural Hearts is a dating community for farmers, ranchers, cowboys, cowgirls, and small-town folks – and this blog is where we write about the part of country life the city never understands: finding someone to share it with.
Every mainstream dating app assumes you live ten minutes from a coffee shop and can meet Thursday after work. Out here, “nearby” can mean an hour of gravel, harvest doesn’t reschedule for date night, and everyone within fifty miles already knows everyone (and their mother, and their dog).
So we write for the way dating actually works in rural life: meeting people beyond your county line, making long distance work when moving isn’t simple, what to know before dating a farmer (for the curious city folks – we see you), and keeping it real online. Straight talk, some humor, no city games.
